Valerie Simmons is the Director of the Four Star Public Library, where she leads with a passion for community engagement and literacy advocacy. A proud Unity grad, she utilizes her Master of Arts degree from the University of Illinois in Human Services: Child and Family Services, and decade of experience in grants, research and evaluation to oversee the day-to-day running of the library. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring access to diverse resources for all patrons of our community.
